Y Not Today is an interactive ice cream and bubble tea shop that provides cozy atmosphere and encourages guests to stay and play intellectual puzzles and games of chess. The puzzles are called Yesterday puzzles which are old school ways of interacting with friends and family by playing classic, challenging, and no tech, brain teaser table games like Hanayama, Wire, Burr, String, plus more than 100 puzzles. The shop also provides you with perfect opportunities to make connections and improve your sense of art while enjoying tasty desserts with weekly art events. It is the first shop is Calgary that hosts many interactive and unique art events from neon paint night, sand art performances, crochet workshops, to Lippan art (clay), book binding, and more.

It also has enriched the Korean culture in Calgary by serving delicious Bingsu with spectacular visuals for dine-in customers, with movie-inspired treats like Naruto, Interstellar, Coco, Matrix, the Prestige, Life of Pi, and more. Look for the board game shelf and play one of 60 games. Weekly events are hosted on Wednesday and Saturday. The first Thursday of the month is live music with Karaoke for those who love music. Or come and play a game of chess from one of the four sets along with a chess clock. There is always plenty of fun to be had.
