Offers

Offers presented through the Frontline Experience Pass program are redeemable for certain goods, services or experiences offered by, or facilitated through, the Merchant identified on the Offer. The Merchant is the issuer of the Offer and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Offer. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of an Offer or not. You waive and release Bandwango and Tourism Calgary, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of an Offer or the goods, services or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with the Offer. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Offers are not redeemable for cash. Unauthorized or unlawful reproduction, resale, modification or trade of Offers is prohibited. Pricing relating to certain Merchant offerings and products on the site may change at any time at the discretion of Bandwango and Tourism Calgary, without notice.

By purchasing, viewing a mobile version, printing, accepting, using or attempting to use any Offer, you agree specifically to these Terms & Conditions and any additional deal-specific restrictions or other terms advertised in connection with and on the Offer at the time of purchase. These rules apply to all Offers that we make available, unless a particular Offer’s fine print states otherwise, and except as otherwise required by law. In the event of a conflict between these rules and an Offer’s fine print, the Offer’s fine print will control. Any attempt to redeem an Offer in violation of these Terms & Conditions will render the Offer null and void.

Contests

Users participating in any Tourism Calgary contests may be required to submit varying degrees of personal information, depending upon the nature of the particular contest. The specific information to be collected and how it will be used will be disclosed in the general contest rules and regulations and/or in the referring contest page, post or newsletter. Tourism Calgary will not be publishing the personal information of contest winners for this program.

Receiving Prizes

Occasionally, Tourism Calgary will promote contests and encourage participants signed up for the Frontline Experience Pass program to participate in prize draws. To receive prizes, the following eligibility criteria should be met:

1.You must be 18 years and older, a resident of Alberta and working or volunteering in the tourism and hospitality industry in a customer facing role to be eligible. If you are not in a customer facing role, you are not eligible for prizing.

2.Employees and immediate family members, and volunteers of Tourism Calgary are not eligible to receive prizes under this program.

3.You will need to have redeemed or checked-in to a specified number of locations from the Frontline Experience Pass to be eligible for prizing.

4.Other eligibility criteria will be defined dependent on the contest or promotion and will be specified in the prizing sign up form.

Prize winners will be selected by Tourism Calgary at random once the contest period is closed. Each contestant can only redeem one prize per contest period. Tourism Calgary reserves the right to close any ongoing contest or prize draw at their discretion and without advanced notification to users of the Frontline Experience Pass.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Information on how to redeem your prizes will be provided to you via email communication.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected for the purpose of processing your sign up and ensuring your continued participation with this program. This information is kept confidential and is not shared except to the limited extent disclosure may be required under applicable law. During sign up, we may ask you if you would like to receive marketing communications. If you opt-in, then you will receive communications from Tourism Calgary according to what you opted into.
