Founded by a father and son team, this is the first distillery in Western Canada dedicated to the production of rum. Each drop of Romero Rum is built on a rich and mostly untold history of rum running during Prohibition from the Blairmore Hotel in the Crowsnest Pass of Southern Alberta. They produce amber-, spiced-, and dark-rum, dark sugar cane spirit, and smoked rum old fashioned. Visit the distillery for custom and bookable, one-of-a-kind guided tours and tastings.
