The White Hat Academy is comprised of 4 core courses: (1) Calgary’s Brand, (2) Calgary Knowledge, (3) Ultimate Host Service, and (4) Tools & Resources.
We are committed to keeping our frontline ambassadors in the loop on all the exciting developments happening in our city. To support our graduates in staying current, we are pleased to offer a re-certification by summer 2025.
This short and interactive 30-minute recertification brings previous graduates up to speed so they can continue to be an inspiring voice for Calgary.
