Barclay's Upscale Casual’s menu reflects Canada’s melting pot of cultures and flavours. Chefs Damien Callaghan and Josef Schonauer combine French and Italian techniques with ingredients from local Alberta and British Columbia farms to prepare contemporary Western Canadian cuisine with Mediterranean flare. Sommelier, Patrick Caissy searched the world over to find wines to complement Barclay’s award-winning menu.
