Located in Calgary’s Beltline district, CRAFT Beer Market opened the doors in June of 2011 and we have since earned a reputation for our extensive menu, great atmosphere and Canada’s largest selection of draft beer (did we mention we also have a great selection of wine and cocktails!?). The open architecture and casual, vintage feel was created using reclaimed wood from the original space and pays homage to the building’s history as one of Calgary’s most successful prime rib houses.
Our multifaceted venue features floor to ceiling windows and a stunning central island bar on our main level as well as a private dining room and raised restaurant area. The size and flexibility of our space allows for completely private areas to host your event as well as areas that allow you to enjoy the lively, social atmosphere of CRAFT Beer Market.
The central island bar boasts an endless fleet of tap handles (12o to be exact!) ranging from classic lagers to obscure ales and everything in between! The bar is connected to our glass enclosed keg room by over 3km of draft lines. With up to 5000 gallons of beer in our custom built keg room at any time, our system maintains a constant temperature keeping our beer fresh and allowing us to pour a perfectly chilled pint every time.
Chef Paul McGreevy has created our unique menu of New North American Classic Cuisine (think and updated and sophisticated twist on traditional comfort foods) using fresh, local ingredients. All of our menu items are handcrafted in house to provide the freshest food possible. We also offer Ocean Wise seafood options wherever possible and can accommodate special food requirements such as gluten and lactose free, vegetarian, etc.
