Investigate, explore and discover Alberta’s fish, wildlife, water and aquatic ecosystems in our Discovery Centre, Fish Hatchery, Trout Pond and Interpretive Wetland. Crawl through a beaver lodge, feed thousands of trout, make a splash and connect with nature.

Located in a bend of the Bow River in Pearce Estate Park, Bow Habitat Station is a natural haven just minutes east of Downtown Calgary. The facility is for everyone and is completely wheelchair accessible. Free parking is available in the main lot for Pearce Estate Park.

Celebrate National Wildlife Week with our 3^rd annual Walk for Wildlife Saturday, April 13 10 am to 4 pm. Special admission to the Discovery Centre and Fish Hatchery – only $5 per person (children 4 and under – free)! Discover Alberta’s wildlife through hands-on Investigation Stations hosted by special guest exhibitors, and log your kilometres for wildlife for a chance to win a family prize pack.
